| Location: | On B3354, 5 miles south east of Winchester, we are located at the north end of Colden Common. From M3 use junction 11 and follow the signs for Twyford. After passing through Twyford you will see the village sign "Colden Common". Round a left-hand bend you will find us immediately after "The Rimjhim Restaurant" on the right. |

Other information: Quiet house overlooking fields, with garden to sit in on summer days. Excellent lunches and dinner are available from various pubs in the village. Convenient for the Hampshire countryside and the New Forest, Eastleigh, Winchester and Southampton(Eastleigh) Airport. Portsmouth, Southampton and Winchester can be reached easily by car or bus. Marwell Zoological Park, known world-wide for it's conservation projects is 2 miles away. Colden Common is a large village surrounded by farmland and woodland linked by footpaths and bridlepaths creating many lovely walks of varying distances. The River Itchen is two miles away and one recommended circular walk is approximately six miles. If you prefer a short stroll, footpaths and parks in the village are very convenient. We can supply information leaflets for planning your day or route, with books or maps to borrow. |
