The bedrooms are very tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, and all have en-suite shower rooms except one, which has sole use of a private bathroom. Every room comes equipped with a tea & coffee tray, colour TV/video (with a wide selection of films to choose from), CD/radio player, cuddly toy, hairdryer, alarm clock and iron & ironing board as standard.
For that special occasion, honeymoon or romantic weekend, there are three rooms with four poster beds. Your choice of room can also be upgraded to superior with added extras such as a basket of fruit, additional towels and bathrobes. A bottle of wine is also included for stays of three nights or more.

| Location: | From the M6 motorway take Junction 36 and head towards Windermere on the A591. When you enter the village follow the one way system and head towards Bowness. After approximately ½ mile turn left at Baddeley Clock tower onto Lake Road. Princes Road is immediately on the right. Drive along Princes Road for 200 metres, Montfort Cottage is situated on the right hand side of the road. |

If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, Montfort Cottage will retain the deposit and reserve the right to seek compensation for the monies owed for the cost of the stay. We recommend that holiday insurance should be taken. Montfort Cottage also operates a minimum two night stay policy over a weekend. |
