| Welcome to Hilton Farm where the coast meets countryside. The 16th century farmhouse is on the site of the original Manor House, mentioned in the Doomsday Book, and enjoys spectacular views towards the Atlantic Ocean, just a short distance away. Additional to the farmhouse accommodation there are three luxury cottages and six fully-equipped, sympathetically converted barn cottages. Central to the Family Cottages is a superb heated pool (80 F) with a sun terrace and spa bath, pool available Easter until end September. Jacuzzi, tennis court and play area available all year round. |

| Booking Conditions: | Bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit is received. However, if the booking is made within six weeks of the commencement date, the full rental will be required. Balance of payment is due six weeks before the start date. If this is not received we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and retain the deposit if re-letting is not possible. |
