We are one mile south of the city centre, follow the North Bridge from Princes St. If arriving by car, use the Edinburgh bypass (A720) and leave it at the Straiton junction, heading into the city. We are then three miles from that junction.

Bookings are taken by telephone and confirmed in writing, by letter, fax or Email. We do not take deposits. If cancellations are advised two days before stated arrival time, then no charge is made.

The Abcorn Guest House is personally run by the owners, Jimmy and Marjorie Kellacher, who assure you of a warm welcome and friendly attention throughout your stay in Edinburgh.

The Guest House is a detached Victorian villa, with private car parking space for all our guests' cars and there is a frequent bus service into Edinburgh city centre, one mile away.

The accommodation comprises seven bedrooms which are spacious and bright with high ceilings, large windows and all have en suite bathroom facilities with showers.
The rooms also have colour television, tea/coffee making facilities and central heating throughout.
