Comely Bank is a cosy, friendly B&B in the picturesque village of Braemar, Royal Deeside. We are only 8 miles from Balmoral Castle, holiday home of the Queen and Royal Family.

The emphasis at Comely Bank is on hospitality and good food. We source all our ingredients locally wherever possible. A particular favourite is the free range eggs, delivered regularly straight from under the hens! There's also old-fashioned dry-cured bacon, locally made sausages and black pudding, and the famous Haggis, made here in the village. We make all our own preserves and bread. Evening meals are also available, by prior arrangement.

All rooms have full central heating, washbasin, hospitality tray, TV and even sweeties! There's a cosy lounge with log fire for the cooler evenings, and a lovely riverside garden for guests' use on sunny days. All guests are given a key to come and go as they please. No restrictions here, we want you to feel at home!
