The surrounding area offers a beautiful location for a relaxing holiday touring the sites and reservoirs of the Elan Valley with its magnificent walks and red kites, frequently seen gliding across the skies.

The area has much to offer including excellent walking, horse riding, cycling, paragliding, canoeing, bowling and golf. Only one hours drive away from the coast, Powys Castle and the Brecon Beacons.

Follow the A4081 from Llandrindod Wells to the village of Llanyre (sign posted Rhayader). Turn right into the village past the Church. Continue half a mile along the road. Highbury Farm is on the left hand side.
